At some point in our lives, each of us faces the loss of someone or something dear to us. The grief that follows can seem unbearable, but grief is actually part of a healing process. The death of a loved one, a beloved pet, the loss of a job, home or relationship, a serious family illness or even an intense disappointment can cause grief. This group is a safe space for you to move through your personal healing process with the support of others.
We meet once each month, normally the first Monday of the month at 7pm. Day & location subject to change.
